Anthem Pinot Gris 2008 - Gold Medal Royal Easter Show 2009
  
“Grown on our Gibbston Estate. A medium Pinot
Gris with a golden hue, hints of capsicum, intense aromas of
pear, stonefruit and spices.
It displays Elegance, supple texture and length.”.
The fruit was carefully handpicked from a warm, gentle sloping site on the vineyard.
A small portion received skin contact after which the total volume was gently pressed to tank.
Fermented cool to encourage vibrant fruit aroma and flavour.
The ferment was stopped short of dryness for best balance.
Lees were stirred over several weeks to impart richness and complexity.
Bottled September 2008.

“Grown on our Gibbston Estate. With intense
aromas of pears, stonefruit and spices, the wine displays
elegance, supple texture and length. The Fermentation was
stopped before completion to achieve an off-dry style”.
The fruit was carefully handpicked from a warm
gentle sloping site on the vineyard. A small portion received
