Anthem Riesling 2008
“This Riesling is from the Bendigo area
in Central Otago. This wine displays characters of honeysuckle, exotic fruits and citrus,
has a medium mouth feel with hints of melon and nectar.
Stone fruit and jasmine round out this lovely deep wine.”.
The fruit was carefully handpicked from a warm dry vineyard site in Bendigo.
The grapes were gently pressed to tank and the juice fermented cool, to capture the classic Riesling aroma and flavour.

by fine structure, length and a crisp finish”.
