Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi has a long-standing presence in Northland, providing health and wellbeing services to the community with a focus on Māori and Ngāpuhi members. As Kaikohe’s ‘best-kept secret’, Ngāpuhi identified the need to build their profile and improve their communications amongst their key stakeholders.
Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi asked for assistance from Anthem to develop a branding and communications solution, including a new logo and brand guidelines.
Anthem conducted a stakeholder audit, reaching out to funders, customers and partners who have been in contact with the organisation. Data collected from the audit revealed key insights about Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi’s reputation in the community.
An internal workshop was held to identify Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi’s key values and operations. This was utilised to build a brand framework that aligned with their culture and spoke authentically to their stakeholders.
Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi’s logo was redesigned in order to reposition the organisation as contemporary and distinctive. And brand guidelines were developed to provide a professional face for the organisation to governmental and other commercial funders.
Anthem developed the framework for a new website, including information architecture, wireframes and overall design. With this dynamic website, Te Hau Ora O Ngāpuhi can improve engagement with its Northland community and better showcase the exciting upcoming activities.
