Sustainability

Sustainability has been a foundation of Anthem since our co-founders Jane and Carolyn started the business.

Our collective mahi is to build environmental, social & economic value

It is reflected in our core values – Care Deeply, Do it Better and Be the Difference. Our values drive us to achieve the best possible results for our clients.

They are also deeply imbedded in our objective to devise a business growth strategy that benefits our people, communities and planet.

Prioritising a people-first ethos, we are passionate about delivering better social outcomes for our people, clients and others we work closely with, as well as achieving a broader community impact for those who need it most.

We’re proud to maintain an intimate culture that puts relationships first, delivers a dedicated professional development and coaching programme, and focuses on improving the diversity of our business.

Effective environmental & climate communication

Following legislation mandating climate-related disclosures from 2023, environmental and climate communication is becoming a priority for many New Zealand listed companies and other organisations.

We help organisations to excel in this – while building their reputations - by drawing on our many years of collective experience in climate reporting, leveraging sustainability initiatives and supporting clients whose businesses are built on the foundations of sustainability.
