People and Culture Manager

Anna is our people person and very much the “glue” in our agency, endlessly going the extra mile to ensure clients, partners, and employees are looked after.


She joined Anthem with a strong background in administration, office management and executive assistance, having worked in several leading organisations across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. As People and Culture Manager, Anna ensures that Anthem team members are supported in their professional development, coordinating wellness and cultural initiatives and facilitating training opportunities.


Alongside her people and culture responsibilities, Anna is the cog that keeps the Anthem wheel spinning – utilising her extensive support experience to juggle multiple tasks for Anthem’s co-founders, Jane and Caro, and manage our buzzy office environment.
