Advancing Anthem’s AI capability and innovation

As part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of our industry, we’ve continued to invest in building practical AI capability across the Anthem team – building on our AI strategy and policy devised in early 2024.

In collaboration with PwC’s incredible AI specialist advisory team, we are rolling out a focused internal programme, embedding hands-on tools and approaches that enhance how we deliver for clients, from improving efficiency to unlocking smarter, more strategic solutions.

We are focused on ensuring we remain in step with rapid developments, while continuing to deliver the high-quality, trusted and human-led counsel our clients rely on.

For us, this investment is about upskilling our team in practical ways, improving operational efficiency, and making sure innovation is grounded in strategic thinking, care and ethical judgement.
