Alicia brings strong experience across advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications to her role. A recent AUT graduate with a Bachelor of Communication Studies and a Bachelor of Business, she supports clients through media relations, reputation management, community engagement, and campaign coordination while delivering with energy, precision and a collaborative mindset.
Before joining Anthem, Alicia served as President of the Auckland University of Technology Student Association (AUTSA), representing more than 26,000 students. In this role she led high-profile advocacy initiatives focused on student wellbeing, accessibility and inclusion, and worked closely with institutional leaders and public sector and community stakeholders to deliver practical outcomes, including financial support initiatives for clinical placements. Known for her thoughtful approach and compelling storytelling, Alicia builds trusted relationships and brings both strategic insight and hands-on delivery to every piece of work, motivated by communications that create impact and support positive change.
