Conor’s career is built on managing public-facing issues and initiatives for some of New Zealand’s highest profile businesses and organisations.
His experience covers the full range of corporate affairs activities including strategic communications planning, media management and public relations, government relations, financial/investment/M&A communications, reputation and issues management, brand development, crisis planning/management, legal and regulatory processes, sustainability and internal communications.
His background includes both in-house and consulting roles for private and public organisations in sectors including finance and investment (institutional and VC), telecommunications, insurance, tech, energy, infrastructure, property development, healthcare, FMCG, education, retail, advertising and government.
He is practiced in listed company and regulated environments and enjoys the intellectual challenge of interpreting, translating and telling an organisation’s story to both external and internal audiences.
Conor is a quick learner, decisive, strategic, collaborative, hardworking and good-humoured. He enjoys exploring new business processes, problem solving and engaging with diverse teams from board, CEO and executive leadership level through to the front line, to deliver results.
